Hey everyone, today on the Sunday ride we discovered that Cal Bost Rd was covered with chip seal last week.  There was at least one person on the Sunday ride last week and he said that it was not there on last weeks ride. I'm not sure if they are intending on a repave but it's still pretty rutted.  It's not super sticky right now but it's also not super warm yet.  Just wanted to let everyone know in case you want to re-route around it. It wasn't too bad today, but there were only nine riders.

Hey folks.  No ride leaders will be present tonight, so if the ride rolls, it will be show and go.  Keep an eye on the weather.  The ride will be canceled if it’s raining at 6:15 or if roads are wet and unsafe.  If the weather is ok, the Thursday night ride will roll at 6:15 pm from the neon church at the corner of 36th and Yadkin.  Post ride “team meeting” to follow at Wooden Robot in NoDa.

Hey folks.  Assuming the rain stays away, the Thursday night ride will roll tonight at 6:15 pm from the neon church at the corner of 36th and Yadkin.  If it’s raining at 6:15 or if rain is on the way, the ride will be canceled.  Post ride “team meeting” to follow at Wooden Robot in NoDa.  Jeff will be your ride leader.

Where I live the rain is passing but the it's still cloudy and heavy and the roads are still wet.

If the sun doesn't come out and start drying by 5:30 when I need to leave for the ride I'm not going to go - I'll send another note then.

If I don't show and you do choose to ride, please be safe.
