Uh, you retired, shouldn’t you be riding your bike even MORE and using your Garmin to record your bike rides in a futile attempt to convince yourself that you are not actually declining and subject to the rules of physics and reality???! 

I always think about the quote from Mung, the God of Death, when he came to claim the life of a merchant 6 centuries ago and the merchant begged for just a little more time on earth: “Did the 5 billion years prior to your birth disturb you? Then the 5 billion to follow your death shouldn’t bother you either.”
