No ads to show and test devices

Hi,

I'm testing native ads using ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/3986624511and it's telling me no ads to show.

Then I tried adding my device as a test device and switched to the production ID and I am getting native ads but it does not have have the "Test Ad" label so it's not recognizing my device as a test device.

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

Please note that the test ID: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/3986624511 exclusively returns test Ads. The Demo ad units are not associated with your AdMob account. Make sure you replace these IDs with your own ad unit ID before publishing your app. 

For Native Advanced Ads, the "Test Ad" label is not an overlay. The string "Test mode" is prepended to the ad's headline. If the ad is from a third-party network, it will never show the AdMob "Test Ad" label.

Could you confirm whether you have followed all the steps mentioned in the Enable test devices document to add your device as a test device. 

Kindly check whether the mentioned issue is reproducible in our sample project? If the issue still persists, Kindly provide the below information via reply to author option for further investigation:

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK Version
• Screenshots/ video recording
