And afterwards, the customers could have tea at Goldberry's.

Why can't you just accept what Tolkien says? It's clear
from the text that the Balrog had a huge dark wig like
an enormous shadow.

What is a pixie in this cntext? It sounds rather cute.
Öjevind
More like Evo ...
Oh, it's a very short, boyish haircut, first named in the sixties, I think.
Sandy Duncan wore one (especially when she played Peter Pan).

So then Mr and Mrs Balrog can walk arodn town, sporting their nice hairdos
and their pink fluffy slippers.

And wings carefully tied back so as not to knock over the delicate,

I think it is cruel to force the poor, poor angels who run the gift shops to
tie up their wings like that. But we already knew Balrogs are eViol.
Öjevind
/me don't watch that stuff ne-vo.
Well, seeing as though Balrogs are merely fallen angels, one would hope
that they too are bound by the same wing-ties.

Have you ever seen that old newsreel showing how they snipped off Dreyfus'
officer's insignia? In the same way, the Balrogs were lined up and had their
wings snipped before they were booted out of Heaven.

Trimmed, my dear comrade Lång, trimmed. To conform to the latest
aerodynamically fashionable featherstyle that had taken the Undying Lands
by storm at that time.
And a grand sight they were! A thousand Balrogs, their fluffy pink
slippers gleaming rosily in the last light of the evening sun, their
wing-feathers arrayed in fetching pixie-bangs, their burnished whips
flicking through the air in unision, as they screamed their last defiant
challenge to Manwe ("#@$^%&*"!~~^£$€!") before flying out to Udun. A
scene so poetically captured in the poet's immortal lines:
"Trim, groomers, trim, send the wild feathers blowing,
And ascend, balrogs, ascend, soaring, soaring, soaring."
A moment never to be forgotten.

Bha, did knot! You mlorats and stuff have such crude "nideas" aboutn
us taht it's no wonder the Balrong deabates in the gnusgroumps are so
... silly.
