Is it just me or was the camera actually focusing on Liv's left breast in the
dream scene with Aragorn?

By the thrust of this post, I would guess it's always "just you".

Many of my married friends say they never forget their first love.

It *was* Aragorn's dream. What would you have
expected him to focus on? (Other than maybe
the right one.)

Well, there's a reason to see the movie again right there. Yeah, I vaguely
remember that, but I thought it was just me with a dirty mind and not the
cameraman with a dirty mind. I've got to see it again to be sure.

I really can't tell you what the camera was focusing on. I can only
tell you what I was focusing on. It's not like I've never seen a tit
before, it's just that I could see that one, then.

Have you entertained the possibility that *both* of you have
dirty minds?

Um..... well, in that case I need to watch it again to try to see if I can
disprove the idea. Look, don't try to talk me out of it. One way or the other
I AM going to look at this breast again!... I mean this scene.

So will the Extended Version DVD feature both of them?

After reading this thread, before seeing the movie, when that scene came
on, I knew that the idea was the jewel, but that costume she was wearing
made it DEFINITELY nice-boobie time!

not "focus" - linger!!!!

I can tell you're not a dirty old man as yet. I found myslef checking the
curve, looking and hoping for a bit more transparency in the garmet.

someone else commented about married guys taking it where they can get it.
what ticks me about R-rated movies these days is the R is for violence and
language, but not for nudity. but that's another topic for another
newsgroup. ;)

hey, guy, sit through a three hour film for just that one scene? for the
same five bucks you can rent a couple of good ones down at blockbuster, and
watch 'em all week!

I hate to disappoint you guys, but viewing it as a woman
and as a costumer (some of my costumes have actually
appeared on screen in movies)(ok, not big budget movies
<g>) I paid special attention to the scene on my second
viewing. She's clearly wearing a "foundation garment"
in that scene. Not so sure about Eowyn - I think she's
properly garbed for her costume's period <g> (ie, no
bra)

When I saw the movie again recently, I looked for this specifically,
and yes, in does seem to be center-frame for a while. However, I do
think you need to get out more. :-)

The best part is that she says the line "Trust to this" while the camera is
focused on her breast.
