Really. Gotta be done for OSCON and YAPC::EU. (Maybe even YAPC::NA,
though I haven't seen the schedule yet)

Before the cascade starts, that cover is *not* the final one. Almost
the final one, but not quite, as you'll notice Leo's name is missing
in the image. That's being fixed in production now.

Already dragged away. He's back now. :)

Should be interesting reading. I'm a bit (a lot) disappointed that the rest
of the
core team didn't get a chance to have a contribution, or at least review it.

I was a tech reviewer for this book... and I found it quite an
interesting read.

Sorry about that. This was a communication issue and some oversight
rather than anything intentional. Allison was the prime mover on the
book, with Leo and I brought in later, so she was primary contact
with the editorial staff. I didn't even think about grabbing tech
reviewers, as other folks were handling that end of things.

I can't make any promises yet, but let me see what I can do once this
thing's hit paper.

And since everything we know about Perl6 and Parrot is likely[1] to
change within six months, there's always "2nd Edition".
