Did you forget to capitalize a word and add some punctuation your

I sure did. And you forgot to ...
include some of the message you are responding to, in your reply.
(Tools> Options> Send tab, tick the "Include message in Reply" box.)
It makes it difficult to follow a thread when you write a reply and
others
have no clue on what the question or discussion was about.

Mrs. Boomer, I think that was the OP. :)
What was your question, Bill?
I know. ;) Beside not capitalizing a word and adding some punctuation
the OP doesn't know how to quote.

What's wrong with that? If it's free and updates can be set to run

Even if the automated bit fails, it only takes a few minutes to check

Not particularly. It's called trolling. And there are thousands of
idiots doing it all over Usenet. Until people recognize what they are, and
ignore them.

Not much else to do with it. It's not very bright or original, hasn't

While I've got your attention, just how good is slrn's help files, and support?
I haven't looked at it yet, but SuSE is up and running on the other box, so I'm
starting to think about it. I don't need it just now as I haven't set up the
SuSE/2k network yet, but hopefully that'll be soon.

Hehehehe.
I've already painted the "Bin of Babel" on the bucket. :)
It will confuse them. They'll probably think they are going to some
_wonderful_ biblical place.
Heh heh....they won't even be able to understand eachothers babble
there!! Sadly they'll have no one to converse with! ;)

To a troll, attention from another troll is still attention - even if it's just
a grunt. And a splash.
"Sad, isn't it?"
No one is having more fun than the Troll....

A newbie deciding what's off-and-on topic in a newsgroup where there is, has
never been, and never will be any on-or-off-topic.
Sad. H/S started out ok, when h/s first arrived.

Ah, and a post-editor, as well as a moron. I guess that's the best thing
to do, when you don't have a reply to the facts.
This from a moron that cross-posts replies to trolls, and came by with
cocoa and a warm blanket for the troll that started this thread. Yep, this
one's a "Biff" all right.
