My reminder application
(http:/yvolksoft.narod.ru/yvReminder/index_en.html)
uses WAB API
(the code is based on MS "WAB Property Inspector Tool" sample, see
http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/samples/internet/messaging/wabtool/).

After installing the Latest "Cumulative Patch for Outlook Express
(330994)"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=330994)

I've noticed, that I'm getting wrong data for properties
of PT_SYSTIME "Property type". This property type corresponds to the
FILETIME structure:

typedef struct _FILETIME {
DWORD dwLowDateTime;
DWORD dwHighDateTime;
} FILETIME, *PFILETIME, *LPFILETIME;

After installing patch, mentioned above,
I'm getting (valid!) data for only two low bytes of the whole 16
bytes!
All other bytes contain zeroes.

By the way "WAB Property Inspector Tool" also gets this wrong data...

The problem is in the wab32.dll.
It's enough to change path in the registry to the old wab32.dll
([HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WAB\DLLPath])
to get rid of the bug...
but updated Outlook Express doesn't work with old wab32.dll.

So the only option I have now is to uninstall the "Cumulative
Patch..."

Please help me!
As the user of my application, who reported me about this problem,
stated:
"Will you be able to fix this problem? If not, I guess this is going
to be the end of such a perfect program as it is."

My System information: Windows 2000 sp3.
