Well overdue, but I've got everything compiled and it seems to work. I saw
the P6 summary and realized that I never actually finished with the
bundling... The file is at:

http://geeksalad.org/tmp/Parrot_Dist_20030410.zip

(If someone better wants to mirror, that's fine.)

It's still *big*. I dropped all of the .obj and .lib files after
compilation and it's still a hefy 9MB. I removed nothing else because in
this early stage of development I figure:

* The people downloading this aren't looking for a finished product for
distribution
* They know they're looking at a work-in-progess and the source (even the
intermediate
files) are probably instructive.
* CVS could be used to update non-object files (like documentation) if
someone were so inclined.

This was compiled with:

* A fresh CVS checkout on 0.0.10-release day.
* Microsoft Visual Studio .NET using the default compiler options.
* Perl 5.6.1 build 632 from ActiveState
* The only source changes made were to get IMCC to compile and documented
on p6i
* No Cygwin or GNU tools were used (so they're not a prerequisite).

If you're missing DLL's, try installing the .NET runtime from Microsoft.
