How can I get the Service Pack 4 on to a computer without
internet access?
When I download it and run it on the computer a message
comes up that states I should go back to the Downloadpage
and click the button Problems with the download and there
will be the information how to to load the service pack
without inernet access.
I did not find that button.

You need to download the network installation package.

Probably by end of this month... SUS will deliver Service packs starting
with W2K SP4 and WinXP SP1.
with W2K SP4 and WinXP SP1.
