[CVS ci] exceptions-1: classes, ops, prototypes

I couldn't resist start playing with exceptions. So I've put in some
opcodes, 2 new classes - no functionality yet.

Not exactly my day... I apologize.

Ask, why did the mail-list software remove the first MIME-boundary
from the mail? The cc to myself started with a "--=-=-=", but it was
gone from the mail-list message, leading to the text above being
invisible (at least in gnus/mutt).
