When are you going to admit the truth I won that lawsuit and that the kike
bastard who filed it against me has been publicly censured by the highest court
in his state? When are you going to admit Yale F. Edeiken is a perjurer and a

PETTION FOR RELIEF FROM JUDGMENT
COMES NOW, the defendant, Scott Bradbury, by and through his counsel Daylin B.
Leach, Esquire, to petition this honorable court for Relief from Judgment,
pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. 237.3. In support of this petition, the defendant avers
the following:
On August 25, 2000, the Plaintiff filed a Praecipe for Default Judgment with
this court. A true and correct copy of which is hereto and marked as "Exhibit
A."
Since a complaint has never been filed or served, the defendant is unable to
attach a copy of preliminary objections he would file if the judgment was opened
pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 237.3 (a).
"[The] plaintiff engage[d] in a vendetta against the defendant. The court has
heard telephone messages left on the defendant's answering machine, in which
the plaintiff admits dedicating himself to making the defendant's life a "living
hell." He refers to the defendant as a "miserable piece of shit" among other
charming epithets. The defendant's private medical information, subpoenaed by
Mr. Edeiken finds its way onto the Internet. Even after the defendant is
represented by counsel, mail is still sent directly to the defendant addressed
to "Defendant Bradbury." ...When attorney Leach asked Mr. Edeiken for a copy of
the complaint when he first becomes involved in the case, he is told "Fuck You"
via e-mail. In plain English, this is not a lawsuit, it is a bizarre war waged
by Mr. Edeiken on a man he has never met. The court should not be a party to
this."

Truth and fair play haven't ever been traits Yale F. Edeiken nor his supporters
have ever believed in or practiced!!
What the smear agents won't tell you all:
1) I won that lawsuit- the judgment against me was overturned and the lawsuit
was dismissed in my favor. Also I was NEVER served with the lawsuit's
"complaints" against me! (Neither myself NOR my attorney ever got copies of the
complaints filed against me by Yale F. Edeiken the plaintiff.) How could I have
possibly answered the accusations when I was never served with them? I was not
given my day in court. The victory Yale got was only temporary and the fact he
was unethical and very dishonest proves what sort of scoundrel it was who abused
the legal system for a personal vendetta against someone (Me) who daily made him
look stupid and showed him for the liar he is.)

For a fact-- the attorney whose failed lawsuit against me is:
1) Not a member of his local or state bar association
2) Not in the phone book under attorneys
3) Not associated with any law office though he tried to convince people he was
and those two law offices denied having him as an associate and both claimed he
used them as drops which explains why people can see the "C/O" in Edeiken's
"legal" documents.
