You can modify the ProfileImagePath value item for the username in the new
domain to point to the profile folder for the corresponding username from
the old domain. Then, the user will use the same profile for both domains;
there is no need to copy the profile.
I've done this quite successfully on Windows NT, 2000 and XP computers and
it has not created any problems.
