Fear Factor - Water Buffalo Penis

I saw the preview for next week, and they are going to have the contestants eat
a water buffalo penis. At what point is it ok to show an animal penis but not
a human penis, and to top that off the animal penis will be inserted in the
mouth of the contestants. Will Joe Roggin have to wank off before the show?

There was an episode of "Mad About You" in which Jamie put her panties
in the freezer to stay cool in the summer, but that's probably not it.
