Sanford Wallace, a clear criminal-type.
I shall now quote a post indicating "Taylor's" statement that he is
doing this to punish Brad (or someone his thinks is Brad) for posting to
Usenet. He simply demands that Brad (or anyone who seems to support or be
Brad) just completely stop using Usenet.
I shall follow the quote of that post by a a copy of all the three emails
which engage in terroristic threats.
(This email include some terroristic threats -- right after 9/11 !!!)
Then some of the clear connections
"Taylor" (actually Sanford Wallace) has with forgeries and email harassment
Evidence of use of abusive page for extortion to censor Brad
from posting to Internet newsgroups:

"Taylor" Jimenez did apparently post Brad's email address using
x-no-archive
and also he posted it using aliases (that looked like forgeries from Brad
himself).
STILL, we are able to provide some record of the postings he did to solicit
abuse on Brad at my previously unknown email address by quoting posts that
quote his "forgeries" of Brad giving out Brad's address The email address
show the exact strange forms of Brad's email address available to
"Taylor" in the headers he obtained via official complaints to him as
"domain administrator".

I read your FAQ after you sent me e-mail and I must say you are
everything people say about you. Why are you flooding
misc.transport.trucking and half a dozen other groups if it is "Sanford
Wallace" who is bugging you in different groups?
Looks to me that Taylor NetScum was giving you a break by taking down
your FAQ. Why did you go and squander your golden opportunity to keep
your FAQ off-line? Seems to me you can't get it taken down by civil or
criminal jurisdictions and you go and blow it with the only person who
could?
Those headers look a lot like the headers I got with the e-mail you sent
me. I find it strange that most of your posts are from anonymous
remailers yet I have yet to see one from Taylor NetScum.
I would bet that you sent those to yourself just so you can have reason
to complain about Taylor Netscum.

Seems to me if you are going to e-mail people you better be prepared for
it to be told to others. You sent me e-mail that I never asked for and
I sent it to Taylor Netscum. I see he posted it with your FAQ and I was
glad to help.
