ANNOUNCE: New releases for Mail (formerly tkmsmail), Print, GDI, GD extensions

This note announces upgrades to several of the extensions I maintain at
http://www.du.edu/~mschwart/tcl-tk.htm.

Larger changes are summariezed here. Please also note that updates are
generally only for 8.3.4 and 8.4a3--for earlier versions, one may have to
recompile the extension against local libraries. This will be remedied
sometime in the first quarter (though 8.0 and previous users may not like
the resolution).

GD - This extension builds off of Tom Boutell's GD library, with John
Ellson's Tcl adapter. New features include better Trutype support, much
better text placement (thanks to Michael Thomsen), and JPEG generation.

GDI - Ellipses and arcs are corrected, as well as a bounds array
check. Script example enhancements

MAPIMail - Renamed from "mail" since others are now using this. Added a
check for enablement, and a way to get details on the MAPI32 library in
use.

Printer - Fixed a bounds problem (thanks to Charles Matthews), and added
access to more dialog functions. Script example enhancements
