I have a professional painter as a freind & he says,
that " College Pro " is a choice if low price is the main consideration.
They hire college students at rock bottom wages & are frequently the
low bidder on projects. They are a real company & not a scam like so many
others you read about in the newspaper & hear about on the media.
However, like so many other basic, or near basic wage employees, the
college students are not fully trained & qualified PROFESSIONAL painters, or
they would, most likely be making more money or, submitting their own bids!
Still, I gather that one can't argue with their price.
