SkunkWeb 3.2.3 has just been released.

This is mainly a bugfix release.

* added support for the SCGI Protocol

* document updates/revamps (currently stmlrefer)
* now is more persistant about the timeout exception (it's reraised each
second after a timeout occurs)
* now should build with non-GNU makes (specifically BSD make)
* many fixes -- thanks to pychecker!
* fixed error handling weirdnesses
