Anyone know of a way to convert these to something usable for a Mac or PC
- preferably MIDI - but could be WAV or AIFF.
These are NOT great compositions - I'd just like to listen to them and see if
there's anything worth salvaging.

You would need the original program for sure, then from there you
_may_ be able to save in a more useful format but it is more likely
you will need to play the tunes and sample them directly into another
computer.

Dredging up an old memory here..? I -think- Instant Music was compatible
with Deluxe Music Construction Set. IIRC they were both Electronic Arts.
If so DMCS has MIDI out.
