Sounds good.

:) Yep,
with Sydney being 11 hours ahead of the UK, and the US 5-8 hours behind
that it might be tricky.

I'm getting a bit confused, trying to think of a time for the web chat
too, but here's what I think.

I would prefer evenings or the weekend. I would suggest Friday evening
9pm UK time for IRC. How about everyone else? Any other preferences?

Also, I'm thinking of Saturday for a web chat to see how it turns out.
Or we could make it Saturday (IRC) and Sunday (web) evenings UK
(afternoons US, morning next day Aus) or the other way round, or...
someone else please say a time before I get even more confused! :)

So that would be 4pm for me. I guess that works. I'm in!
Any objections or suggestions for another time?

Okay then. Where are we using? The undernet server mentioned before
and the #ql channel?
Here's a list of Undernet servers. As they're connected anyone should
be able to log onto any and participate in the chat (I think) - and it's
best to choose one near you:

Undernet (Europe)SERVER:eu.undernet.org
Undernet (UK)SERVER:uk.undernet.org
Undernet Amsterdam University (NL)SERVER:Amsterdam.NL.EU.undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:auckland.nz.undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:austin.tx.us.undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:brisbane.qld.au.undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:davis.ca.us.undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:Oxford.UK.EU.Undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:sanjose.ca.us.undernet.org
Undernet SERVER:washington.dc.us.undernet.org

Any suggestions/requests as to using a different group of servers (eg.
EFNET)?

Gary (hoping this post will got out of Demons troubled newsserver before
Friday evening...)
