Can anyone explain "Exactly" what I need to do to get arround this error
message?

The operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary
drivers for your network adapter. Try selecting a different operating system
image. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.

Thanks.

This is a hard one to reply to in one post. There are a ton of reasons on
why you would get this error. From a non-standard INF file for the NIC
adapter (you did not post the type of NIC adapter you have, so I cannot be
more specific), the INF and .SYS file not being copied into the I386 root
of all CD-Based images sharing the same version of NTOSKRNL.EXE, .....etc.
