Windows XP shortcut "putty @session" workarounds

As noted in http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/wishlist/xp-shortcut.html,
as of PuTTY 0.53, you no longer need to say

putty @foo

to load the foo saved session from the command line or a windows
shortcut. Instead you say

putty -load foo

That's good because Windows XP throws away an argument beginning with
"@" in a shortcut.

If you _have_ to use a previous version, bizzarely, you can work
around it with

putty @foo
^^------Note _two_ spaces
