I would never speak for Dr. Biggs but I can tell you this, Dr. Biggs has
more class in his pinky than Chung has in his whole body.

How can you review the two pound diet? There is nothing to review. I
went onto Dr. Chung's website looking for the diet and all I found was
---weigh everything you eat and gradually reduce the amount until you
get to two pounds.

So the two pound diet for me would consist of less than 800 calories a
day. Another person wrote that his two pounds consists of 2600
calories a day.

So if you are an overweight person who is eating between 8 and eleven
pounds of food a day as Dr. Chung says his patients do, then naturally
you would lose weight if you reduced the amount of food you ate to two
pounds a day. You would also lose weight going from 8 pounds a day to
7 or 5 or 3 pounds a day.

Your two pound diet, following these instructions, might produce
weight loss, but it might or might not produce good health.

I'll let Biggs answer for himself.

ronnie's post was to ASD, you said in an early post that you are
replying only to posts made in sci.med.cardiology

so lied huh?

your intention is only to troll the newsgroups not to promote good
medical information as you have claimed.

you really should be more careful about doing things like that. Karma
has a way of coming back to bite you when you least expect it. and
again thanks for showing what a shining example of christianity you
are and medical professionalism you practice.

I am sorry you don't approve.

However, I am glad to see that you are now behaving better. Your name-calling was
getting very tiresome.

SMC is not seeing his asinine replies.

My recommendation is to pretend he doesn't exist
on Usenet, and to take whatever action seems effective
(and legal) through other channels.
