The most popular aliases +akula uses are 'srepsis', 'tiburón' and 'thresher'.
He posts from multiple legitimate news providers under hundreds of disposable
nyms, both male and female. He abuses remailers and hijacks open proxies for
his 'dirtiest work' to avoid getting booted or traced by legitimate providers.
He has multiple writing styles and PGP keys, and has committed every form of
Usenet abuse imaginable.

+akula can often lie extremely well and if you're unfamiliar with his history
(which is what he's counting on), you could be easily misled.

1. MARTYR - INNOCENT VICTIM - USENET ABUSE FIGHTER

+akula claims that he is a 'Usenet Abuse Fighter' protecting others against
liars, bullies, sporgers, forgers, spammers and narcs.

In truth, +akula has engaged in or promoted ALL of those activities himself.
Any time calm settles into a newsgroup, +akula will use any and every means at
his disposal to 're-ignite the fire', make no mistake!

To obscure his cause, +akula occasionally posts messages which do contain REAL
help and REAL answers to questions others have asked. These posts are few, but
+akula makes them deliberately to throw people off the scent and make it look
like his only motivation is what he claimed it was all along - to help others.

2. SPEAKING FOR THE SILENT MAJORITY OF QUALITY PEOPLE

When he can't get his way, +akula likes to claim he represents a silent group
of 'quality' posters who communicate their wishes only through him, and that
he's speaking on their behalf.

These mysterious, silent people simply don't exist. What few posts may appear
are typically from +akula himself or his handful of depressed toadies,
masquerading under different nyms to make it look like others support him.

BE CAREFUL OF 'ONE HIT WONDER' POSTS! These are forged posts by +akula (or his
toadies) under nyms which have never posted before ('sockpuppets'), make a
handful of posts to support +akula, then mysteriously disappear into dust.
This is done to trick you, to make it appear as if many people support +akula
when in fact this is not so.

3. THE TRUTH SANDWICH

To mask a weak lie, +akula relates a statement of truth, relates the lie, then
relates ANOTHER statement of truth, all in the _same_ sentence.

WATCH OUT for the '+akula Truth Sandwich'! If the first statement is true and
the third statement is also true, that middle statement might NOT be!

4. SMELLY LONELY FAT GUY

+akula puts himself down by telling everyone he's smelly and fat. This is his
ingenious attempt to remove the ability of others to flame him - how can they,
when he's already done it himself??

It's a classic example of +akula's premeditated mental manipulation of others.

5. ILLEGITIMATE DOCUMENTS WITH A LEGITIMATE LOOK

+akula posts what APPEAR to be 'legitimate' documents called the 'CrackFAQ',
'abcdi0 FAQ' and 'K00KFAQ', designed to give 'posting tips' and warn and alert
his audience to be on the lookout for 'abusive people'. He sometimes refers
to these documents as 'guidelines' or 'group policies' to make them sound even
more legitimate, professional and democratic.

In reality, +akula himself is the only 'K00K' in the group, labeling those who
oppose him as 'K00Ks' because it incorrectly AND collectively slanders and
classifies them. Urging others to kill-filter and ignore these 'K00Ks' is one
of the many mind games +akula plays, so that no one gets to hear anyone else's
opinion except his own. He sometimes adds fire to the mixture by claiming his
opponents are homosexuals, whores, cripples, pedophiles, racists, and so on.

The 'K00KFAQ' is +akula's own creation, containing made-up assertions, lies
and statements taken out of context in a malicious attempt to impose his
fantasy upon your reality.

Like +akula's 'CrackFAQ', which contains Nazi-like rules dreamed up by +akula
himself. It APPEARS to represent the wishes of alt.binaries.cracks but is of
+akula's own creation, and was overwhelmingly REJECTED by alt.binaries.cracks
regulars. _NOBODY_ supports that document except +akula, his sockpuppets and
his handful of depressed toadies.

The charter +akula posts for alt.binaries.cd.image.0-day is real but what he's
NOT telling you is that it can't be enforced! Anyone can write up any charter
they want but that doesn't make it enforceable. +akula's charter is an attempt
to moderate an unmoderated alt.* group, and any attempts to enforce it would
be rejected by any news admin with common sense. +akula was LAUGHED AT in
alt.config for proposing it.
