A BNF specification can be found here, as well as links to NICE library standards:
http://www.gobosoft.com/

Another list of standards appears here:

If you want to write an Eiffel compiler the best is:

http://www.inf.ethz.ch/personal/meyer/#Progress

then continue to "ETL3 page" in right margin.

If you want advanced usage of Visual Eiffel compiler then get a copy of
"Eiffel: The Language 2nd edition". Also Visual Eiffel has the Precursor
construct (described in 'redeclaration' chapter on "ETL3 page") and the
"create" instruction.
If you want advanced usage of SmartEiffel or EiffelStudio compilers then
also download the 'creation', 'tuples', and 'agents' chapters on "ETL3
page".

In this moment unfortunately I have time in order to only deepen the
language

Thanks, is veri good.

I have read a part of this chapters. A lot interesting, is for this
reason that I am interested to Eiffel.

Why "Also Visual Eiffel has the Precursor...", others do not support
them?

Fact!

Also in relation to ETL2. Others support them as well.
