ANN: lipsumcolor 1.02 - look & feel fix

Lipsumcolor comes to version 1.02.

Not everybody understood that, in the right part of the application,
areas were clickable. That's why I change them to standard button
appearance (-relief raised).

Lipsumcolor is a color editor, to help define color sets for pages or
widgets (background and text colors).

With it, you can
- define a color set with four different fg / bg colors
- copy / paste a color set to or from a text editor
- edit color codes with keyboard.

The name "lipsum" comes from "Lorem ipsum", see for instance
www.lipsum.com for explanations.
