Gads, I was worried I might pull a
driftcoast, but I pulled a Foon instead!

Well you could have pulled a Slingblake by suffering terminal emotional
trauma for 18 months after not surfing with a marginal East Coast Bodyboarder in
July on a shitty day. Consider yourself lucky.

Either this is troll bait, or you really don't have a clue about the quality
and consistency of surf down here. Or, this is evidence of an acute
inferiority complex.

also gets twice the wind and rain and half the sun. i bet the number of
good surf days (regardless of size) comes out about equal in a year.

A loyal web site reader submitted some pics of
last Saturday to me (Dec 7 2002).

Don't know yet if they are the right time of day
and place, but it should put an image on the surf
report.

Judging by the lighting I suspect it was a little later in the day. The
swell came up and by afternoon it was a bit larger than when we were
out. Still was sizeable in the a.m. tho.

zo1...NICE! Water even looks a little blue. Pshop?

You think he's getting anything like this at El Porto?
