Following last weeks announcement by Acorn The ARM Club committee would
like to make it clear that, for the most part, this will have no immediate
effect on the Club.

The Club show and AGM will go ahead on Saturday 28th November at the
National Motorcycle Museum just outside Birmingham and we hope to see as
many of you there as possible, especially since we will no longer have the
opportunity to meet in October.

We believe that the Club now has an even more important role in supporting
all owners of Acorn machines, and hope that we can count on the support of
the Acorn community to allow the Club to continue its work for as long as
there is a need to do so.

Finally, I'm sure that I speak for all members in extending our thanks for
all the support and assistance over the years provided to us by members of
Acorn staff, many of whom have now been made redundant. This was often
beyond the call of duty with staff regularly supporting our weekend events.
