Sorry to shout but with all the fuss today I'd like to point out that with
the cancellation of Acorn World the next show is The Scottish Acorn Show on
Sunday 8th November 1998 in the Glasgow Marriott Hotel and we are definitely
going ahead with it. Exhibitors are confirming their intention to come along
and we still expect around 30 to attend on the day.

If you want more info please contact me directly by e-mail or telephone. I
will be out Friday most of the day but you can leave messages on my answer
phone or contact me on my mobile number (0410 460079)

Keep the heads up - we can keep going for a while to come.

Cheers

Bob

PS I am gutted at Acorn World being cancelled as I was scheduled to exhibit
there for the first time at this year's show.

We'll I do have a verbal contract with them which is binding in Scot's Law
but it may not be possible for them to attend due to unforseen
circumstances.

Wonder if any *ex* Acorn people will appear... Could be interesting.

We should still have the meeting there to organise Scottish user groups.
Probably more important now than ever!
