Did you know that...

In the original version of the script, Lyta Alexander didn't exist. Joe
didn't create her until he was inspired by the read haired female lead
in the 1990 remake of "Night of the Living Dead"...

I don't think that's entirely correct; I believe that it was there, but it was
a smaller role. Once I had someone in mind, I expanded it considerably.

You're right... That'll teach me to rely solely on my memory... Though,
I'm pretty sure that you referred to the pre-NotLD role as "just a
commercial telepath", a background character, at least once.

And to my defence, you first announced her as Lyta Kim, so technically
Lyta Alexander didn't exist in the first script :-P
