Did the Sci-Fi Channel also purchase the broadcast rights to the other
four Babylon 5 TV movies?

Does anyone know if these will also be shown in widescreen?

Also has anyone seen an air date for the movies?

Four movies? I thought there were five. Unless one of the ones TNT
recently showed as an afternoon movie was actually the first premier
episode or something. But anyway, I thought there were five.

They are showing the pilot in two parts, hence 112 episodes.

Nope...

1. The Gathering
2. River of Souls
3. Thirdspace
4. Call to Arms

In the Beginning?

There are four B5 TV movies which were made when the show moved to TNT

In the Beginning
Thirdspace
River of Souls
A Call to Arms

The fifth you are probably thinking of is The Gathering, which is the pilot
episode. A special edition was made of it when the show moved to TNT.

As far as I know, everything except for episode 0 ("The Gathering") was
filmed in widescreen.

I would assume that SciFi will be showing everything in widescreen,
since they will be showing the episodes in that format.

Nope.

The Gathering is a two-hour pilot episode, not a movie.

The first movie was "In The Beginning".

Yep.

1. The Gathering
2. In the Beginning
3. Thirdspace
4. The River of Souls
5. A Call to Arms

However, The Sci-Fi Channel is counting "The Gathering" as two episodes,
hence the 112 episodes and 4 movies. There were 110 episodes and 5 movies.

I was thrown by 112 episodes, till I figured The Gathering must be being
listed as two episodes instead of a film.
