Sleeping in Light, A question???

Hello

A friend of mine and I have a question on what was Zack wearing in the
closing bits of Sleeping in Light (scene with Emperior Vir). I think he was
wearing a Ranger Uniform, my friend Tom thinks it was Army of Light.

Any info on the above would be appreciated.
