Well, folks, it's official!

The federal case against the Woodside Literary Agency, et al (Ursula
Sprachmann and James Leonard aka John Lawrence) is over. I and several
other witnesses had been scheduled to go to NYC to testify against
them on Monday, but got a call last night that Ursula and JimmyJohn
decided to plead guilty instead.

Guess they didn't like the jurors and witness list <g>.

Anywho, they'll be sentenced in mid-July and have agreed to pay
restitution to writers who were scammed.

So, if anyone out there paid them money, get in touch with me, or if
you had a bad experience with them and would like to write a letter to
the Judge for their sentencing, e-mail me.

YAHOOOOOOOOO for writers everywhere!

JAH

P.S. This means good things for my own civiil suit against them.

WAHOOO!
