Yes, as I stated a number of times at conventions and online, I drew the name
Minbar from the Islamic term for a pulpit in a mosque. I drew from a lot of
different ethnic and international influences in B5.

Ah ha. I was not aware that your cultural knowledge was so extensive. I
can't wait to see the sci fi re-airings now. I assume that when something is
hinted at it is for specific reasons?

The more I read the Bible, the more the Shadows and Vorlons make sense.
