I've recently started working in TeeVee Distribution and when we make a deal
for syndication of a show there are specifics as to when and how often it is
to be aired. Is this not the case with TNT? I ask because they've moved B5
around so much and are now only going to show one EP a week at 7am on
Saturdays. Doesn't their contract specify a time slot and number of plays?
Does WB have the right to recapture if TNT doesn't live up to the deal?
>From what I've learned in my short time in Domestic TV Distr.. those are all
pretty standard clauses (from what I've seen) of a syndication deal. Is
there anyway to force them back to M-F in Early Fringe? (that's 3p-7p for
non TV folk).
Thanks for taking the time to read this. And thanks for the greatest story
ever told.
Charles - who has refrained from gushing about how wonderful a writer you
are.
Apparently it wasn't done, especially since this is not syndication, but cable.

Prgamatically, what would it TAKE to somehow wrest B5 from TNT.... or at least to get them to treat such a gem of a show with more respect?
