B5 VCD, is this authentic??

Saw this on Ebay, looks weird, so I don't know if it's authentic
(although I'm betting no)

Babylon 5 has been / is being released officially on VCD in Singapore.
That's a former English colony, so they are in English, for those who
didn't know (I didn't until recently).

Well, someone on ebay is selling Crusade "workprints" of Racing the Night. I
emailed John Copeland about it but it's still there.

I don't know about this VCD, but I *do* know about that.
