1) Is Kosh supposed to be the Oracle of Delphi? It just hit me today that he
has those babbling sounds in the suit (that sounds like wind rustling in
leaves) and then he makes a short statement that no one understands until
what he has said has come to pass.

2) Did you, long ago, have a glimpse of your future like Londo did?

Yeah, that's always how I kind of looked at him.

Some things I probably should not comment on.

I think I need to sign up for my university's Greek and Roman mythology
class and when it is over, go back and rewatch every episode.....

Well, he doesn't. More like bubble, sigh, vibrate, laugh low and long,
sigh, bubble.

I'm not JMS, and 'm not sure that this couunts, but:

JMS Genie Message on Feb 06 1995:

I will tell you a true and secret thing, re: Londo's dream, and looking
up into a blue sky to see the ships passing overhead.

Ever since I was a kid, I've had that image in my dreams, of standing out
in the open and looking up as strange dark ships pass overhead. It's always
been an unnerving image, and I really wanted to use it here to see if it would
have the same effect on others.

The other single most recurring image is to be standing at the bottom of
a long set of stairs, in a basement, and the door at the top of the stairs is
thrown open, and there's gunfire, and guards, and flares in the night beyond,
and more ships firing down.

Don't be surprised if this shows up as well, someday....

Fascinating. I finally decided to ask because when I was younger I had an
odd vision of a war weary man, a general of some type, staring out of a
window down onto a planet at the end of a large war.

I kind of freaked out when I saw the scene when Londo is looking down on the
Narn homeworld as it is being bombarded at the end of the Narn/Centauri War.

It seems that two of my odd visions have come true....let's just hope the
third doesn't.
