The problem: hmm we have this great sci-fi show called CRUSADE which is pure
JMS and there are tons of fans who please the Sci-Fi channel to buy it, but
they want a new show, also sci-fi and JMS... strange world.
If this is true, that indicates that no one gives CRUSADE a real chance to
survive. Okay I understand: "the odds are against us and the situation is
grim" (to quote another legendary captain) but shouldn't the answer be
"sounds like fun"? Fact is: Crusade will not work without you!
But I can understand that the whole B5/CRUSADE Crew is looking for new
horizons (means jobs). And of course I will be very excited if this rumour
is true (better JMS without B5, than nothing).
This leads us to the second question: Let's say all this is true and there
is this bad black day in which no one on this world and this whole universe
is interested in science fiction and in the mood to save CRUSADE, this means
that CRUSADE is dead (even if it sounds hard). Furthermore this means that
there will be no new B5-stuff in the next years. At least no B5/Crusade
shows/ TV-movies.
Yep, we all must accept this.
JMS, will you then release some of the notes of the original Babylon 5 arc?
Will the written (but not filmed) scripts of CRUSADE be released (let's say
in the internet as very last thank you to the fans :-))?
It is very sad that we will never see how the Excalibur rescues earth and
what this whole Apocalypse Box thing is about. So will there be a chance
(books, comics, computer game, some kind of "bible", just a few of your
notes) where to read/see the rest of CRUSADE?
Whatever comes, good luck,
My friend is a big Dragon Riders of Pern fan and told me that he saw
an interview with Anne McAffrey. She stated that there was Babylon 5
writer who was coming over to write the Pern series. That leaves me
with two possible writers: JMS or Fiona Avery.
What does everyone else think?

Nope. It's probably Larry DiTillio, who is a big fan of Anne's, and was our
story editor for 2 seasons (and is a perfect choice for the job).

Nope, JMS stated that it was... I forget the proportions, but roughly 8/10
traditional, 2/10 speculative (or something similar). Hence, there is no
possible way it could be Pern. (And a good thing too, I hated those books! :p)
>From what I've heard, we're going to see something in the X-Files, Twin Peaks
vein. And it all depends on who this famous science fiction director is...
