That is good news although I'll certainly miss the B5 universe...
Can you tell us what 'development' entails? Obviously from your post it doesn't
mean that it's a done deal and waiting for a time slot to be announced.
Is this the idea you just had a week or two ago? Wow.

Every series goes through development; it's the process by which one first
hooks up with a studio or another production entity, then gets the network to
commission a pilot script, then to produce the pilot script, then to go for the
series.
So we've got a long road ahead of us, but it's already moving a hell of a lot
faster than B5 did in its development.

If it goes, it's about 98% mainstream and 2% speculative fiction...kind of an
