Yeah, the title is a deliberate play on the situation. It's a deceit about how
the uniforms come into the story and how some elements of the appearance change
(though it also has resonance for the A story as well, since their appearances
are also deceiving).

interior decorator, the first things that came to mind was; "are the
real wardrobe folks like this?" and "is this representative of how TNT
interfered with the show?"

Heh, heh, heh! My wife and I began to watch this episode and were
dumbstruck...
for a moment. Then we picked up on the hidden meaning behind the whole
decorator bit. From that point on it was ROLFOAO!!! <g>
