Rising Stars Debuts Thursday

For those who're keeping track...the first issue of my new comic, RISING STARS,
should hit comics stores this Thursday.

Actually, I got my 4 copies last Wednesday (July 28). The 4 covers form
a single picture that shows 4 time intervals in the story.

I'm enjoying the story so far -- but then I don't tend to worry about
whether it's like anything that went before (I do this for all authors) and
just see if I like the story in and of itself Just to add my 2cents to
what I saw in another post.

A friend also picked up a comic-con issue #1 in Chicago, so I read it the
week before that actually. He said he didn't see JMS at the con, but he
did party with Claudia & Robin Atkin (I missed all the fun).
