JMS confirms that WB owns Crusade, lock stock & barrel. JMS
also said he was planning on picking up other possible B5 threads.
Would WB own these also? If not, who would.

WB doesn't seem to be behind B5 all that much, needing to be convinced
to release tapes, laser disks, and the like. They do seem to like $
though, as they are willing to allow Crusade to die before the first
episode airs because financing couldn't be put together.

Maybe WB could be convinced to sell B5?

Yes, WB would own EVERYTHING Babylon-5 related. They own Crusade primarily
because it is an off-shoot of B5 meaning that if they had rejected Crusade from
the start then Joe would not have been able to shop it around (unless, of
course, he bought the rights back from WB).

Warner Brothers has been incredibly loyal and 100% supportive of Joe and all
things B5. In my opinion it would be a huge mistake for those here to start
wishing for WB to sell this property off. Based on this franchises history if
Crusade is to mount any sort of revival than it needs a powerhouse like the WB
in their corner.
