UUNet Allows the Destruction of Usenet

Hello Everybody,
What on earth are we going to do about UUNet? They provide a feed
to two of the most notorious spamming outfits:
METROSUPPORT.COM
NEWSFEEDS.COM
METROSUPPORT.COM

This site is owned and operated by one Andrew Chandler. He owns
his own news server and UUNet provides his feed. Nothing but
spam flows from his server...and boy, does it flow...tens of
thousands a day. How many legitimate posts come from this site?
None...Nada...Zip. It's a spam machine. Andy posts ads for his
various web sites (including ESCORTGUIDES.COM), and posts spam
for his clients too. He even admited this to me on the phone.
He has also threatened me and my ISP for cancelling his spew.
UUNet not only won't deal with this problem customer, they
refuse to achnoledge that a problem even exists!! (Take a look
at the Hippo reports in nanab. Then tell me there's not a
problem.)
UUNet has absolutely and completely stone-walled David Ritz.
He is not allowed to call them or e-mail them again.
I talked to UUNet on the phone today, and they told me that
Andy's not sending spam through them! A blantant out-and-out
lie!

This site is owned and operated by Netzilla!! It appears that
they have a legitmate feed from UUNet. At first, 'Zilla was
injecting spam into UUNet servers using a UUNet dial-up POP
(I think it was rented by GTE.) How did they respond? They
didn't! And low and behold, 'Zilla how seems to have a
legitimate feed from UUNet.
This is another issue that they refuse to deal with.

As before, it appears that they do not read any e-mail sent to
them unless you call them on the phone. The person in charge
is one John Bradshaw. He is very unprofessional and rather than
investigating these matters, he has stone-walled people for
complaining about them.
What to do?

Short of another UDP, I see no solution to these issues. UUNet's
"zero policy towards spam" is nothing but a pack of lies!!
Suggestions needed badly!!!
