I'm not sure, but it looks like they may be having trouble.
The few times I've dined there recently, I've only seen one or two other
customers; passing by, the dining room is often empty.

They've changed their specials on the board somewhat.
Wednesdays (today) they're listing all nigiri $3 (except fatty tuna & sea
urchin) and another night they're doing all-you-can-eat.

They've got really *GOOD* sushi, I highly recommend them; and I know
others in this newsgroup have also praised them. Unfortunately, they're
location is less than ideal, being hidden from the main roads.

I was there tonight.. I went in at about 6:45, and one other table had 2
people. I left at about 8:20 (I ate alot). During that time, there were at
least 4 large takeout orders, and 5 people dining in. The 5 people were there
when I left.

Right, Thursday night. $29.95 for AYCE. Anything on the sushi menu, including
uni. Just don't go nuts on the uni, out of respect. I had one order of uni, but
that's all that was left. I wouldn't order more than 2 orders.

I also had a spider roll, Melrose roll, and many nigiri's. I made the mistake
of ordering 6 more pieces; that kind of pushed me over the edge.

They had been there about 3 months before I even heard about them. The sushi is
certainly damn fine.. I used to go to Sushi Island all the time, but now Sushi
Corner is my mainstay.

They're looking for help, by the way. They need a waitperson.. the guy they had
decided to go back to school. It pays $7 an hour, plus tips, in case anyone's
interested. I'd do it, but I already have more work than I can handle. :)

Hsu would find it hard to be profitable paying Dan in sushi,
but Art would put him out of business within a week.

I already kidded him about it.. I told him I'd end up owing HIM money at the
end of the week.

My body is so confused by now, it doesn't know what to think. Vegan one week,
roast duck the next. I get on these meat binges, it's weird. Last night, it was
Redbones.. which I've been to lots of times, but never had meat. Well, last
night I did.. the Memphis ribs were to die for.. so was the beef brisket.

Oh well. :)

Good stuff. A few of us went to the pig pickin' at Redbones
last month. That was a good feast and a heck of a bargain
for AYCE at $15 and that was with two beers. Horrible canned
beers (Narragansett IIRC), but included nonetheless.
