children, and they show naked people only in the context of their

If they determine an image to be illegal, then headers are checked and the
poster tracked down.

his "collection" to prove he wasn't a pedophile. The most egregious example
was in news.admin.net-abuse.usenet where he lost two accounts in three days
for posting binaries in a text group. He's had at least two websites nuked
