Apparently, the announce of Frog's 50.000 messages/week infuriated my French "friends".
You noticed the hoax message (not even pretending to be signed with my key)

My firewall detected a jump in attempted unauthorized accesses (BO, Netbus.....)
And my www mirror at Xoom got shut down for 24 h,
probably time for Xoom staff to investigate accusations of illegal content
(If that is the case and I can get the libelous emails: I sue)
There is more from "Erwan David" <Erwan...@teaser.fr> ,
who belongs to my "short list" of people I suspect to be
the single or collective entity called "Script-Kiddie"
HISTORY
"Erwan David" has a long history of terrorizing newbies,
bullying them on NG for whatever reason.
He has a passion to contact abuse departments and try to shut down accounts.
He also likes to propagate false information,
like Frog stopping last Summer because I was bankrupt.
He is very exactly the ilk I was thinking of when I wrote my policy,
and *explicitly* excluded remailer-haters from the benefit of privacy.
Those jerks send spam or illegal material by numbers through remailers,
in the hope to have them shut down.
1) In January 2000 "Erwan David" mused in NG with the info that
"people might sell CD Warez using remailers"
And there was such a flood of such advertisements, with bogus @,
on fr. newsgroups, Through Frog, days later
Somebody posted (throughg Frog) the hoax that
"Erwan David" had been caught sending that material,
And "Erwan David" complained to me that it was untrue:
I publicized that he was among the suspects
and that I would suggest the police/judge to scan his outbound mail.
2) I March "Erwan David" complained to me that
his mailbox <Erwan...@teaser.fr> was mailbombed through "Frog".
I proposed him to dest-block his @, but he declined....
On the ground that he did not want his E-mail to be known to me.
(That very <Erwan...@teaser.fr> @ we were communicating through)
I publicized the whole story,
adding that a person with such incoherencies in logic should be referred to a psychiatrist.
Oddly enough, alleged mail-bombing stopped...
3) Two days ago, same "Erwan David" had more premonitions:

there was a thinly veiled threat that my remailer would be used
for racial (illegal) posts: he explicitly mentions "ADSL in Lagny"

Guess what? I don't believe in premonitions and parapsychics.
I post here and there and I also mail to "Erwan David's ISP's abuse.
And I warn that occurrence of such posts would immediately
have me send my sworn testimony to the police and judge that
those posts were probably the making of "Erwan David".
In the meantime, I suggest his ISP that he takes aside every mail sent by "Erwan David",
which would be encrypted to a remailer.
I would be more than happy to decypher my part of it to give material proof
that he is the very author of the posts he announced and will complain about.

I don't know this Erwan fellow, but somehow I doubt SK fits the
description you gave. I doubt someone who is an adult would be so easily
to set on fire (SK showed himself to be highly inflamable, just how I
like my trolls, well baked through ;-). SK also shows himself to have
very poor usenet, verbal and technical skills which, for me, doesn't put
him the group of self-appointed netcops, as you described.
Still, if it is true and you are right, you seem to be at least
partially responsible for the floods in the same way some here do claim
