Killing FROG

As announced before, I am killing FROG (FrogRe...@bigfoot.com)
because bigfoot is enforcing a quota
whose final limit will be 25 messages/day.

I hate the idea of losing mail, and I want FROG to be dead before that happens.
FROG disappeared from all stats (except BRUBLE) and all public keyrings.
Volumes plummeted, but there are still a minimum of 200 mesages/day through FROG

To hasten its death, I will put delays on mailthrough FROG:
mail will be collected and processed only once a day, then only every other day.

FROG's Final death is planned August 1st

FROG2 (FrogRe...@frogadmin.yi.org) goes on as usual
