He runs a web site sajemarketing.com. He sellings spamware to other
spammers and selling millions of email addresses. Mr. Shcherbakov is one
of the reason why your mail box in full of spam.

Mr. Shcherbakov is also a tax cheat. His business is not registered with
the state of PA, and he is not paying sales tax on the stolen email
addreses he sells. (Merchants in PA are required to charge taxes in state
sales). So not only is he selling your email address so that people can
