Perhaps people in his jeeps newsgroup should be warned of Taylor
Jimenez,
of Newport Beach, CA. Jimenez goes to peoples' local newsgroups to
be nothing but a psychopathic punk. He uses the world's worst
notorious abuse domain (databasix.com) to do most of his dirty work.
Poor "perv pal" Jimenez typically tries not to take responsibility
for his posts by posting X-NO-Archive unless he is posting to the
jeeps newsgroup he likes so much. Well, now Taylor Jimenez
will have to take responsibility for his posts
afterall. He will not only be visible on Jeeps newsgroups as he
likes.
And, he will NOT be allowed to go x-no-archive on his other
malicious,
stalking and harassing posts. This man is sick.
Let me tell you about 'Taylor':

Taylor Jimenez Harassing Malicious Power Mad Loser

I am now going to address what I believe are clearly illegal
activities that
are egregious violations of the any state's stalking and harassment
laws and
of other laws as well. Taylor Jimenez and/or his "pals", as you
will learn,
are absolutely threatening, stalking, and harassing extortionistic
thugs.
Jimenez is of the opinion that he can get away with his activities
because
people he is against would have to hire a lawyer and go to court and
spend a
lot of money to put an end to his activities. The most egregious and
many
illegal acts and instances of illegal acts shall be described and
documented
below.

I would like to bring to peoples' attention to the issue of
slander/libel/defamation
that is going on against at least one person through a malicious web
site run
hosted by Taylor Jimenez. And, I feel that it is important to bring
up related
matters. The conduct associated with this "owner" of the web page
and his
associates has in my view been illegal in other very serious ways.

A certain person named Brad Jesness had an email address that was
unknown until Brad emailed the owner of the web domain www.lart.com
and asked
him to please remove the libelous/slanderous/defamatory web site.
The owner of
the web domains involved was one 'Taylor' Jimenez of Newport Beach,
California.
In a moment I will tell you what Taylor Jimenez and his associates
did once they
learned Brad's email address -- there was illegal conduct involving
forgery.
This web site is not only a problem in and of itself, since it is
defamatory and
slanderous or libelous, but Taylor has also used it to extort posters
to
newsgroups NOT to post certain facts or views OR he will put it back
up
(in what seem to me to be attempts at extortion). Let me elaborate:

There are 2 other matters of illegal conduct linked to the web site
or the web
site owner and "friends" of his who chime in with his
Internet/newsgroup thuggery.
(1) After learning Brad's email address, many, many posts were made
to
newsgroups (INCLUDING LOCAL newsgroups, like mn.general and
mn.politics )
that involved forging both the name "Brad Jesness" and the email
address. These
posts were full-blown forgeries and posts made under Brad's and email
address
were stalking and harassing to an extreme degree. The evidence of
all these
forgeries is too voluminous to provide. It is easy to find, though.
Go to http://groups.google.com and do an "advanced search" using the
email
address I indicated or the full name, "Brad Jesness", and you will
see literally
dozens of posts were made using this email address and name and many
posts
were attacking his totally innocent wife. NO posts under the name
'Brad Jesness' OR his wife are him. He has never posted by name to
Internet
newsgroups for years and his wife has never posted. Brad also has
NEVER
provided the email address in any newsgroup posts. Again, the email
address was previously unknown and had NEVER appeared in newsgroups.
Within
ONE DAY of Brad's contacting the domain owner of http://www.lart.com,
i.e.
Taylor Jimenez, MANY posts using the forged email address appeared.
Obviously
now, I have shown how Jimenez slanders and defames Brad and how he
forges and
stalks and harasses Brad. In contact with him or "his official
domain" his
responses make it clear that Taylor Jimenez believes he is above the
law. He
makes it clear that he thinks Brad's only avenue of taking care of
the problems
he has caused me is to hire a loyal, go to court, prove the pages
libelous and
then come to him. I believe that under the law, possibly associated
with
stalking and harassing laws (but perhaps other laws as well), we can
prove this
arrogant malicious hoodlum wrong. I shall be providing quotes of
correspondence
between Taylor and Brad so you can witness his arrogance and his
stalking and
threatening nature. This brings me to my next point:

A second area of illegal activity (in addition to the above stalking
and harassing
and forgery) is the use of the web site in what I see as amounting to
extortion.
The web site (as I will show in correspondence from Taylor Jimenez,
Newport
Beach, CA) has been used to threaten Brad and his friends if they
post certain
facts or views to certain Internet newsgroups. Taylor's threats are
very broad.
Any anonymous poster to the sci.psychology.psychotherapy newsgroup
who posts stuff
Taylor Jimenez does not like has been threatened with him putting the
libelous
web site back up. If Taylor did not post X-No-Archive: Yes, these
posts would
be available very readily in the google archive. ( I shall provide
quotes of some
of these threatening and extortionistic posts in the material below.)
Thus the
impropriety of the web page goes beyond the web page itself and it is
used for
stalking and harassment and extortionistic threats.
I will now provide some other evidence of this here and now, in the
form of
correspondence from Taylor Jimenez and his pals to Brad, quoted.

_In addition_ to the threats Taylor makes on the
sci.psychology.psychotherapy to
put up the web page in response to posts he does not like, the
following is the
sort of anonymous threats I get when Taylor sees anything posted that
he does
not like that he thinks I posted:

Recall that Taylor Jimenez just recently learned Brad's previously
unknown email
address. Also recall that he makes threats publicly by name that
implicate him
in the above anon harassing and threatening emails.)

When confronted with the above behavior, the following is the sort of
reply Brad
gets from Taylor Jimenez, Newport Beach, CA (NOTE HOW CLOSELY THE
DATE OF
THIS CORRESPONDS TO THE 'OFFICIAL' REPLY FROM THE PSYCHOPATHIC
JIMENEZ. JIMENEZ'S
REPLAY WAS WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF WHEN BRAD EMAILED JIMENEZ AND THUS
ALSO
WITHIN A DAY OR 2 OF WHEN BRAD'S EMAIL ADDRESS WAS FIRST LEARNED.):

I gave you your only option, Brad. Get lost or the page goes up at
later
today. You have nothing to bargain with. Nothing to offer. I know
who
I'm dealing with. I know everything there is to know about you.

Brad it is you that is harassing people via e-mail. It is you who
keeps
this going. I'm only responding. If you think you have a case have
your
lawyer contact me. I'll pass my lawyers information on to him and
we'll
see who will finish on top.

My giving you an out Brad is not threatening or terroristic. However
your actions
are. This e-mail alone is threatening. You are making a big
mistake thinking that this e-mail of yours is not traceable back to
you,
Brad. I haven't focused on you as for the most part you're a dink.
A
pesky fly that isn't much of a bother but easily squashed when the
time comes.

>We all know what you want. You will get it. You will get what you
>want if you forget the past.

So you will again be disappearing? If so then the Brad FAQ will
remain
off-line. Like I said though, once it goes up it won't come down for
at
least 30 days.

>But, other than that. I
>own you. Get lost. I never want to see you again, or I will give
>you my full attention (the above matter and whatever).

You own nothing, Brad. I know that because I know all there is to
know
about you. Your lame attempts at intimidation are very amusing.

>Fuck off asshole. I have you in several ways. You better forget
>Brad and I exist.

Oh, like that is going to help you out, Brad. You're about as scary
as a
toy poodle.

Taylor

NOTE: This all shows the extortionist manner in which Taylor Jimenez
is
managing and using the web page, as does:

No they won't. You have nothing to bargain here. I hold the
cards. Dissappear or remain on topic and the Brad FAQ will remain
off-line. Take your chances and continue your current path it goes
back
and if you become bothersome, I turn the head up further.

>First, we will seek to put you in prison.

First, there is now we. It is you, hiding out in some room thinking
you
and Rebecca are immune from your actions.

>Second, we will make sure you are no kind of administrator of

Sure you will. This is utter nonsense, Brad.

>Third, we will participate in many many newsgroups and inform
>people about the history of a certain newsgroup at a steady pace.

So. Who cares? Hell Brad, I hardly read Usenet anymore. I don't
care
about the lame shit that goes on there by any side. If you want to
spend
your time crying like the little sissy you are be my guest. I could
care less.

>Fourth, you will be sued or take legal actions (if I am not content
>with the above measures).

Like I said with my earlier e-mail, have your lawyer contact me.
I'll give
him my lawyers info. Lawsuits don't intimidate me, Brad.

>I will begin all of this immediately, if you put up the libelous web

No Brad, I suggest you start using better judgment. Stop being a
little
crybaby. You have one out here. That is grow up and start acting
your
age. There is no negotiation. There won't be.

>You have a pledge from me not to delve into any past to smear people

You said that less than 30 days ago. You lied. No thanks. I'll
stick to
my terms.

>I would consult with certain others, if I were you, before putting
>up the site. You do not want to hurt people more than help them.

I have no need to consult with anyone.

I don't care, Brad. Get that through your pointy little head.

>Let's all do the best thing here, okay???

I already told you what I am going to do. I don't care what you do.

Taylor

(end quoted posts, showing the way the web page is being used for
extortion)

NOTE: Taylor Jimenez now says he will leave the web page up forever
now. I
should also note that the web page is used in conjunction with
advertisements
of in to many, many newsgroups, including mn.general and mn.politics,
where
Jimenez and associates not only forges Brad's name but attacks his
wife and
posts advertisements about the libelous web page in a very harassing
and
stalking manner. Go ahead and do a http://groups.google.com advanced
search
using www.lart.com/brad (or http://www.lart.com/brad) and
www.wilhelp.com/brad
(or http://www.wilhelp.com/brad) as the search terms and you will see
how
advertisements for these web pages and sites (both owed by Taylor
Jimenez of
Newport Beach, CA) are being used not only for something I see as
extortion,
but in a clearly stalking and harassing manner.

Also, here are web links that will bring you to much evidence against
Taylor
Jimenez and his associates:

All forgeries, none of these posts were made by Brad see:

http://groups.google.com/groups?as_uauthors=alts...@worldnet.att.net&
num=100&hl=en

AND see:

http://groups.google.com/groups?q=author:Brad+author:Jesness&num=100&h
l=en&filter=0

To see how the web page is used as an instrument not only for
libel/slander/defamation, but as a tool to do off-topic malicious
spam that is obviously stalking and harassing and threatening see:
(Note each pair below may show substantial overlap.):

http://groups.google.com/groups?as_epq=www.lart.com/brad&num=100&hl=en

AND

um=100&hl=en

AND

http://groups.google.com/groups?as_epq=www.wilhelp.com/brad&num=100&hl

----------
See the abuse of Brad's wife (a total innocent) by following this
link:

http://groups.google.com/groups?as_epq=Renee%20Jesness&num=100&hl=en

Brad's wife is a totally innocent person. They
have sought to damage her to get to Brad. They are thus guilty of
harassment and stalking of Brad's wife who has absolutely no
involvement in
the newsgroups. NONE.

As you can see by following that link, they also forged Brad's wife's
name
and made it look like she was posting.

Here is other pertinent evidence against Taylor Jimenez.:
