Mentifex. Interesting but primitive.

Its amazing how smart many people think they are.

I'm still laughing at this two weeks later.

On top of not being as smart as you think you are, you are arrogant.

Send another post, I'm always looking for a good laugh.

Thirty years ago consciousness troubled me immensely, but then over a
twelve-year stretch I developed a linguistic theory of mind (Web
search on "Mentifex") which pushes consciousness into a structural
harness. Along a moving front (of consciousness), the automatic
deposition of new memories intermingled with reactivated (=
reduplicated) old memories provides the present-time dimension of
consciousness, while the implicit mechanism of attention provides the
pinpoint focus of consciousness. You have no choice but to attend to
things (even in/as dreams) along your slice of current memory
deposition-cum-association, and your utter freedom of attentional
movement fools you so well in the illusion of consciousness that the
illusion becomes the reality of consciousness.
